Debra Chong has been a Partner in several multinational law firms, representing financial services, regulated industries, corporate, e-commerce and emerging technology clients. She is an active leader at the American Bar Association with appointments on the Standing Committees on Membership and Technology, which strategically direct the delivery of technology and services to the ABA's 400,000 plus members. Debra is a Member of the Board of Directors of the American Bar Endowment (over $90 MM) and AEFC Pension Plan (over $50 MM) and in the past, a Director of Alistar Insurance Company. She began her legal career with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; one of her OCC opinions was affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court which resulted in the landmark integration of banking and insurance industries in the U.S. Debra is a graduate of Boston University, Georgetown University Law Center and the Pacific Coast Banking School, University of Washington.

Patti H. Tackeff is a 20 plus year serial entrepreneur in the technology and manufacturing industries, both domestically and in Asia. In 1981, Patti joined her first start-up, in China, as employee number 6. Patti contributed to their growth as the market leader in medical equipment sales and the company is now traded on NASDAQ. She has been a venture capitalist and held executive management positions in several start-ups, including BrightInfo (now Oracle). Patti previously held an executive position with United Technologies Corporation as a Managing Director, responsible for founding and managing a multi-country entity in Asia. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Babson College (MBA) and studied a full academic year at Beijing ShiFan University in 1979-1980.

Oleg Khazanov has over 16 years of software development experience. Since, immigrating to the United States, Oleg has worked in software engineering for companies such as the SVG Group, Terrace and Magenic Technologies and for clients such as Ernst and Young, Compaq, Levi’s, GoAmerica Communications, Wine.com, Prudential Financial Services Company.  He has also passed both Series 7 and 66 exams while working with Financial Services companies.  Oleg is also MCP Microsoft Certified Professional. He joined the Lenos Executive team 7 years ago and manages a team comprised of senior architects, senior developers, developers, DBAs, and has matrixed oversight of the Lenos Software IT and QA departments.  He is a graduate of Kharkiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture with a BAS (Bachelor of Applied Science), Civil Engineering.

Alissa has over 18 years of consultative and operational experience in Event Marketing, Strategic Meeting Management, Incentive Travel and Virtual Events. Her experience spans various industry sectors and includes work with such leading brands as Cisco Systems, Ford, J&J, Microsoft, Novartis, Ricoh and Research In Motion. Alissa actively contributes to the meeting and events industry, as an Instructor at Mount Royal University and in advisory roles for various hotels, publications, associations and educational institutions.
